Not hard to redirect your permalinks at all with a plugin. I like Yoast SEO because it is well supported and has a ton of features it also does redirection http://yoast.com/wordpress/seo/#permalink-redirect you can download from the WP repository but I suggest you go to Yoast’s site and read his excellent articles on SEO as well. If you just want to redirect (and don’t want a great SEO plugin – free) then these ones are currently up to date:
